This was my 2nd time using Advent for my physical therapy needs. Same as the first time, the staff here are super friendly and thorough with your therapy. It's not a huge office but I never felt crowded even at their busiest. Great location at Byron Center and M6.

I had a terrific experience at Advent Physical Therapy - Byron Center when I was dealing with new shoulder pain and  decreased R.O.M.  I was greeted warmly upon entry  by Lisa, who got me checked in and worked with me to set up my appts. Katie did a thorough initial eval. & made a physical therapy plan & goals for me. Although I missed her when she was needed at another location, Kylee & Julie worked together seamlessly in order to carry out and modify the plan as needed to keep me on track. They were  both so great to work with!  Makayla was very helpful too. The entire staff was amazing, so knowledgable & caring, clearly having my best interest and recovery at heart. Now, with great improvement in my symptoms and having met my PT goals,  I’m ready to work my home program and am so grateful to All at Advent PT-B.C. If I could give more stars, I would. From my first appointment to my last visit today, I was consistently greeted with smiles and genuine kindness. I never once felt foolish for not understanding something — everything was explained clearly and patiently in a way that made sense to me. When I had questions about the billing process, they took the time to walk me through it. When I struggled with parts of my exercise plan, it wasn’t dismissed — it was adjusted thoughtfully to better fit my needs and care plan. That level of attentiveness made such a difference. I’ve been to physical therapy before, but I’ve never experienced this kind of care, compassion, and commitment from every single staff member. Even though I’m not fully recovered (through no fault of Advent), I have made significant progress since day one. Hopefully I won’t need physical therapy again — but if I do, I won’t hesitate to return to Advent Physical Therapy, where I know I’ll receive exceptional care.

Prior to my rotator cuff repair surgery, I honestly felt overwhelmed and unsure if I would ever regain full use of my shoulder again. Choosing Advent in Byron Center turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made during my recovery journey. From day one, the entire team showed incredible compassion, patience, and encouragement. My therapist took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain every stage of the healing process, and celebrate even the smallest improvements with me. On days when progress felt slow, their support and positivity kept me motivated and confident that I would get there. The scheduling options were amazing and made it easy to stay consistent with appointments, which was a huge help while balancing work and recovery. Every visit felt organized, professional, and completely focused on helping me succeed. Thanks to their expertise and genuine care, I’ve regained strength, mobility, and confidence in my shoulder that I wasn’t sure I’d ever have again. I’m beyond grateful for the guidance and support I received throughout this process. This was my first time doing physical therapy and wasn't  what to expect. My therapist was Julie Middleton. She is very good at what she does, she listened to what my needs and concerns were. I have been working on PT with Katie at Advent Byron Center for my muscles near my hip and glutes.  I am noticing improvement!  Yesterday, I told Katie my neck got out of place and was making things difficult, she actually used pressure points to calm the pain down and today no pain in my neck! The Doctors at Advent (64th location) are excellent! The patient care I received was great and I always knew they cared about me as a person. I highly recommend this location!
