I always think I’m never going to recover from an issue that requires PT, but these people know how to get it done. They listen, they encourage, they educate, and they push you a bit. Slowly I get the movement back and the pain subsides. I’ve worked with Eric and most recently with Evan and they do a great job. I could not have had a better experience while rehabbing a meniscus tear in my knee. I was seen within 2 days of requesting an evaluation. Appointments were easy to schedule. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I worked most directly with Eric and felt very lucky to have his expertise to guide me back to doing various daily and athletic activities that are important to me. Had absolutely excellent PT on my shoulder Evan Mazur. He’s an outstanding PT with a lot of advanced skills. He listens, is compassionate, and wants the best for his patients. I highly recommend him and this clinic. (I know a good PT when I find one as I was a PT for over 42 years).

The Team is amazing. Jukka, Garrett, Eric all worked with me. I could not move my arm so much pain. 6 weeks and home exercise program I have ROM back, no pain, and am continuing to build strength. I can't thank this whole team for their compassion, knowledge, and patience. Thank you Advent Physical Therapy-East Paris. So many thanks to Eric for my healthy shoulder and upper arm! Eric is truly passionate about helping other people. He is so knowledgeable, patient, kind and always has a plan for the direction of healing whatever is going on with a patient. He takes his work very seriously and really listens. Eric helped me when other PT’s in another practice did not.  I highly recommend Eric! I am very satisfied with my recent PT experience at Advent. Thanks to Eric, my shoulder pain is gone and I have exercises to strengthen muscles and keep my shoulder loose. Such an amazing staff!  Eric was great. He was very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and patient. We reviewed my needs from the beginning and developed a plan of care to address those concerns. He tailored my sessions and at home therapy based on those needs and my limitations. He provided detailed instructions throughout my therapy that really helped me with strength and balance. I truly appreciate all of his time and effort to help me improve. I have gone through PT at 2 other facilities and this one is the BEST!! I have received great one-on-one attention, and they really listened to my pain concerns and zoned in on how to help heal those areas, I would highly recommend Evan and this clinic for PT. Physical therapy are friendly, works on a one to one with you. Demonstration if you are lost on the instructions on what needs to be done. I highly recommend this place to other people that might and or need a good physical therapy. Eric was amazing. He truly listened, tailored my treatment, and guided me every step of the way.  The back and sciatic pain has completely gone away. I’ve been able to use stretches and exercises he’s provided me to do self care at home which has helped immensely .  Thanks to his expertise and encouragement I’ve completely recovered. I have had Amanda as my physical therapist since I returned to Grand Rapids from Detroit four years ago. She is the consummate professional. As a two-time cancer survivor, my post-treatment residual side effects were for me, at times, acute, and Amanda has a deep knowledge of patient post-cancer PT needs. On any given day she knows precisely which PT routines will best fit my current issues. I am grateful to Amanda for her guidance and her kindness.
