Extremely caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendly! This is the kind of place you describe with lots of superlatives! If you are recovering, and you need PT, this is the place you want to be. Just being there makes you feel better. They have a huge arsenal of therapies to choose from to give you the best experience. Eric Leuck and his therapy team are wonderful.  I had been having some serious mobility issues and was worried about permanent loss of use. I’m halfway through six weeks of physical therapy following a total knee replacement, and I easily walk a couple of miles without assistance. I am grateful to Owen for his encouragement to build strength before the surgery, giving my recovery a jump start. Josie challenges me each visit introducing fresh exercises which really build confidence. I’m able to function at home without asking for help. This is my second time working with Advent's E Beltline office - they were excellent with my knee recoveries after joint replacements, and now we're working on hip pain. The staff is exceedingly knowledgable, and is exceedingly compassionate and kind. My concerns are addressed, my questions answered, and my treatment program is well suited to my needs. I had surgery to repair a torn hamstring tendon. The therapists at Advent were extremely attentive, friendly, and encouraged me at every visit to help strengthen and restore movement to my injured leg. It is very easy to become depressed or unmotivated when your recovery takes longer than you anticipated. I started at Advent Physical Therapy in Grand Rapids on East Beltline six weeks ago with Owen Osborn.  He understood what my physical limitations were when I started and set realistic goals that Owen helped me reach.  I felt so much better physically and mentally after just a few visits.  Owen understands his role as a Physical Therapist, he is professional and kind, which is how he treats every person that walks through the doors of the clinic.
