Advent Physical Therapy has been a huge benefit in controlling my Menieres Disease concerns and handicaps. Erika was very knowledgeable about the disease and very supportive and helpful. I went to Advent Physical Therapy after dealing with lower back pain and hamstring issues that had been a problem for some time. The entire office atmosphere and personnel are friendly and helpful. I specifically worked with Maggie and Connor who were both awesome to work with and  knew just what to do to get me pain free. I highly recommend Advent Physical Therapy in Rockford.

My experience at Advent in Rockford has been great! I started PT with Mary for a hip issue plus continuing with therapy for a shoulder replacement. Saw great improvement while she was there. She moved to Granville and I continued therapy with Brandon. We focused on the shoulder and he did phenomenal work with it. Ashley was extremely helpful with adjusting my schedule and an excellent source for information on billing. I would strongly recommend this place to anybody needing physical therapy!

A family member of mine is having some health problems and needed to be seen as soon as possible. We went to the doctors together on Tuesday and because I vocalized that the sooner the better, Advent Physical Therapy called her the next day and could fit her in then. Arianna called my loved one to set up the appointment and was so lovely to deal with. Then Matt was amazing in the fact that he would try and make her laugh and was very thorough with his questions. This allowed him to provide the care that is needed. Call me crazy, but I actually looked forward to going to physical therapy, which feels almost unheard of these days hahaha. The team at Advent in Rockford was incredibly welcoming and always in great spirits. The conversations felt like I was among friends, which made me feel comfortable and motivated to show up for every appointment. There was no pressure or stress, and the atmosphere was always positive and enjoyable to be around. The office manager Ashley was also very helpful and knowledgeable with all of my insurance and work-related questions, which I really appreciated. I was fortunate enough to spend time with almost everyone on the team, and I can say firsthand that Maggie, Conor, Brandon, Sam, Kirsten are all professional, qualified, and great to work with. I worked with Erica, Matt, Brandon, and Ashley and consistently experienced the same awesome care, professionalism and execution of my therapeutic plan. They made “getting better” fun. I spent nearly half a year with these amazing people, recovering from bilateral hip surgeries. They’re top-notch knowledgeable, they’re attentive, and they’re honest. I could not have wished for better therapists to work with, and I honestly miss going.
